HEARTIK 2024 Annual Meeting

On April 6th, 2025, HEARTIK held its annual meeting at Great Neck House. We were so pleased to see our members, volunteers, and families come together to celebrate all that we accomplished in 2024 and to look ahead at what’s to come in 2025. 

In 2024, HEARTIK reached many meaningful milestones. Our club organized a wide variety of successful events, welcomed more dedicated volunteers, and continued to make a positive impact on the special needs community. We also celebrated the graduation of our first group of seniors, and we’re proud to see them move forward with results they are happy with. 

As our seniors moved on, we made several leadership changes for the year ahead, giving more members the opportunity to step into key roles and continue growing the organization. We’d like to thank James, the founder and former chair of HEARTIK, for laying such a strong foundation for our club. As James graduates high school and begins his next chapter in college, Elise will step into the role of chair and continue leading the organization forward. 

We’re excited about what 2025 will bring and look forward to hosting more events and continuing our support for the special needs community around us. Thank you to everyone for attending and for being a part of this journey.
