Volunteering at Asian-American Festival Event

On May 18th, we had the pleasure of volunteering at the Asian-American Festival hosted by the town of North Hempstead. The festival was a vibrant celebration of Asian culture, with performances, handmade crafts, delicious food, and more!

As part of the GNCA volunteer team, Heartik hosted games and face painting at our booth. It was a busy day, but we thoroughly enjoyed our time interacting with the community and sharing our love for Asian culture.

The highlight of the day was seeing the children playing happily and learning about their traditional Chinese culture. It was truly a rewarding experience for all of us involved.
