On August 6th, 2023, our fellow members Jack, Elise, and Bella volunteered at a mini-golf event held by the Autism Society. This event aimed to create a warm environment for kids with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and enhance their socialization skills. The activity took place from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and our team was excited to be part of this meaningful event.
Witnessing these kids enjoy the event brought immense joy to all of us. It was heartening to see how our presence made a positive impact on their experience. Throughout the event, the kids actively participated in the mini-golf activities and showed enthusiasm and engagement. Moreover, we were thrilled to see the kids showing great respect and kindness to our volunteers.
Our members felt a profound sense of pride in contributing to such a meaningful event. Not only did we provide companionship and assistance during the event, but we also had amazing interactions with these wonderful children. Overall, the mini-golf event organized by the Autism Society was a huge success. Our club felt grateful for the opportunity the Autism Society has provided us, and we look forward to cooperating more to make lives better for children with ASD.
