Charity Sale Before Halloween

(10/22/2023)

October 22nd was a windy day. Early in the morning, we set up our tents and organized the stalls in the wind to welcome the last outdoor charity sale of the season. Initially, there were few people, perhaps due to the cold wind. By noon, more people slowly started to come, mostly families with children. This week, to celebrate Halloween, we made festival masks, bracelets, and toys, which immediately caught the attention of these children. They were reluctant to leave as they played with the toys. Our colorful masks and bracelets were also particularly loved by them, and their parents, seeing that we were conducting a charity event, generously made purchases, allowing us to raise a significant amount of funds despite the weather. The support from the community residents once again made us feel very touched and encouraged! Later, we were delighted to meet the special needs friends from the library event on Thursday, they were also very happy to be with us. Hope that during this festive season, we not only have a happy time but also organize more exciting activities and raise more funds for the special needs children!
